Assignment 2 Leadership Plan is to prepare and present a 3000-word plan for a student’s development as a leader. The duration of the plan can be 2 years, 5 years, or even 10 years. Based on students’ current stage of life and career, choose the period that is most meaningful to him/she. Explain the reasons for choosing this time period briefly. The assignment should be submitted on Sunday of Week 11, and it is weighting 50% of the total. Since this assignment is very important, students should make use of each source to design and write a splendid plan project.
