LAW2450 Company and Finance Law is a course designed for undergraduate students at RMIT. The purpose of it is to improve students' ability to do independent inquiry. Students can also learn about the key corporate and financial law principles involved in creating, operating, and winding up companies in Australia.
The evaluation of LAW2450 is divided into three tasks:
Task 1: (20%) Online quiz. Task 1 request students to complete 20 multiple-choice questions in an hour. The due day is in week 5. In GPA Expert, there are years of test questions as a reference, it should be noted that each person has only one chance to answer Task 1.
Task 2: (40%) Task 2 is divided into two parts, the first part asks students to write a suggestion letter and complete specific questions. The letter is required to be 2500 words and is due on Thursday of week 9. The second part is a five-minute scenario. It requires students to simulate a five-minute video presentation with a senior company director. More cases can be found in GPA Expert.
Task 3: (40%) Task 3 is the final exam, the word limit is within 2000 words, and the exam duration is within 2 hours, not include 15 minutes of download and upload time. For more details, please click GPA Expert to contact customer service.
