ACCT5949 Managing Agile Organisations describes the agility of managing organizational systems. It introduces students to the changes in the management organization system in the fierce competition. ACCT5949 mainly deals with the theoretical knowledge of leadership, management and organization, and introduces the various resources mobilized to develop and maintain the normal operation of Agile Organisations.
The evaluation of ACCT5949 is divided into four assignments:
Assignment 1 is the weekly test task. This task is worth 20% of the total value. It is required to answer five short answer questions (SQA) based on each week's lecture topic.
