1) Analyze   the current situation of an industry.

2) Identify   a primary potential market target and describe the consumer profile through   variable analysis.

3) Determine   product competitive advantages and market positioning strategies.

 

2. The   report template has been provided for MMK101 assessment 1, which needs   to be used. The template structure and score rubric are as follows:

1)   Background (company overview and industry analysis). (300 words, 25 marks)

2)   Consumer Market Segmentation. (250 words, 15 marks)

3)   Target Market and Consumer Profile. (250 words, 20 marks)

4) Differentiation   and Positioning strategy. (200 words, 30 marks)

5) Standard   of communication in plan. (10 marks)
